I have to say that I had an absolute blast last night at my first yoga class. I left there feeling like Jell-O. I was relaxed and calm and less stressed. But I have to say that positions like the above, called down dog, kicked my a$$. I have muscles that are sore that I never thought I could make sore. And some of the positions used in yoga...no comments from the peanut gallery (Special K, PIPO and Head)...I never thought I could get my body to do that. I went out and bought my yoga mat today and need to start doing it at home so I'm better at it next week. I have no sense of balance so some of the positions my body just wouldn't do. It definitely is a good workout for the body, mind and soul and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for inner peace. I definitely need it with the frustrations with China and the stress of college.
Well, I need to head to bed. It's 10:30pm CST and I have to get up early with Lane to make the 2+ hr drive up to Ft. Smith to be re-fingerprinted to get our I-171H extended. One thing I'm looking forward to is that the USCIS office up there has a 4-7 business day turn around time for issuing new ones. Way better than the 8-10 weeks if we had gone through Memphis again.

Not a word out of me...remember what I do for a living ;0)
Enjoy!
Yeah... I'm not touching that one either. :P
I used to do Pilates. I loved it. It's very similar to Yoga. Keep with it. You'll feel so much better. Which reminds me..I guess I need to get back into it, too. LOL!
