Manic Monday

Blogger doesn't like me today. It didn't like me yesterday either. I can't get it to upload my photos. So not happy about not being able to upload photos. I have photos from the snow on Friday - what little we got. There were some parts of the state that did get 18 inches, but the 6-12 predicted here turned out to be only about 2.5 (frown). Worse yet, it all melted by midday on Saturday. Eriks was so sad. What normally takes my sister 8.5 to 9 hours to get here from Indiana took her 12 hrs due to the fact that people don't know how to drive. Granted the roads in the South aren't built to handle snow, but she said that there were so many semi & car slide offs. It's nice to have her here but she's heading home tomorrow so she can work the rest of the week (frown, again).

I also had a photo to post for 3 Word Sunday. Those of you that read the Divine Miss M's blog get to see it. It's the picture of the cute kid holding the sign that says, "I Am Trouble". Last week was a REALLY rough week with him. I'm ready for the toddler yrs to be over. Eriks has been climbing the walls, appliances and furniture - literally - no a joke. Yesterday he got scissors off the top of the fridge and went into our guest room and cut up the fitted sheet on the futon that my sister was sleeping on. He cut shoe laces off some shoes that I was getting ready to sell on e.Bay. I have to get new laces before I can sell them. I swear, he's seeking out trouble. We've been really frustrated this week. I think he's going out of his way to pi$$ us off - and it's working. For those of you who are parents of boys, what works for you??? I'm willing to try almost anything.

Hopefully later today I'll be able to get blogger working for me so I can upload the pictures I wanted.

I saw the picture! It was a great photo! Sorry about the circumstances though! I wish I had advice, but I am such a new mommy, I am at a loss. Briana woke up from her nap today in a BAD mood. Screamed for about a half an hour. I finally put on "Toy Story" and that seems to be working. Thank goodness...

I too saw the picture and wondered if that's who it was. :0) So sorry he is giving you grief. I too had a challenging son. Man oh man was he challenging. To this day, he still is. All I can say is get out the crafts, things to keep him busy, busy, busy. That seemed to help with my guy years ago. He needed to be doing something all the time.

use Dropshots or Flicker to upload your pictures, then you don't have to deal with blogger. Dropshots and flicker will give you the code to the pictures you upload, then all you do is paste the codes into your blogger post.

Wow! Sounds exciting. I keep wondering if my sisters son is going to turn out that way. He is starting the toddler phase, we shall see. Wish I had some advise for you, but the fact that I was a living terror myself.....

My parents had to reseed their backyard. Great accomplishment for a five year old, I'd say. Among my many other tasks I would say your baby is an angel.

We take away priveleges. Bad behaviour? No Gameboy. MORE bad behaviour? No computer time. MORE? No tv. Works like a charm. :-)

My now-11-year-old son was kicked out of three preschools!!! The first one at 15-months for releasing all the little babies from their gated area (repeatedly). The second one for biting and hitting (he had just gotten his hearing back and was one angry kid!). The third one he only lasted 2 days. We don't talk about that one!!! Boys are different creatures! Good luck!
