Our Son

To those of you who read this blog and aren't family and friends and have never seen what we look like, I'll start by showing a photo of our adopted son, Eriks. He is a bi-racial child (African-American and Caucasian). Most people think Lane's black when they see Eriks because they don't assume he's adopted. So they are really shocked when I tell them he is. I get told often that he looks like me, but I see the resemblance sometimes. We're constantly told how handsome and beautiful he is, but don't let his looks fool you - he's a devilish little 3 year old!!! I'll get around to posting photos of Lane and I eventually. Just need to find time to get a decent photo taken!! Enjoy!!!
