Today I celebrate my 2nd of two wedding anniversaries. Twelve years ago Lane and I were married in a church rather than just by a JOP (Justice of Peace) in Vegas. As much as our 1st wedding meant to us, the fact that our marriage to the church and God was much more important.
To my husband - I don't know exactly where I would be in my life had I not met you. You have definitely made my life an adventure and taken me more places than I ever imagined I'd go. This adventure has had its ups and its downs, but I wouldn't change a thing. I know the best is still yet to come. Es Tevi Mīlu.
My baby girl turned 15 months old today. Another month of her life that we missed out on. It makes me a little sad but I just keep reminding myself that we have so much of her life yet to look forward to. Happy 15 months baby girl! I'm praying that your daddy will still be leaving on June 4th to pick you up and bring you to your home where you will be surrounded by so many people who will love you always.
Lastly, although the day is almost over, I want to wish every mother and mother-to-be a Happy Mother's Day. For those who are mothers-to-be especially those who are in my adoption world, I hope this is the last time you'll spend Mother's Day without your children.

Our baby turned 3 on 5/8 and the wait is killing me. I thought it would easier the nd time around but it's not. Hope you have you sweetie soon.
