Life Is So Blah...

Yup it is so freaking boring that I have very little to say these days. Hence the reason that I'm lucky to post once a week.

• Busy weekend with both Lane and Eriks competing in the A*TA World Championships this weekend here in Little Rock. (A*TA stands for Americ@n Taekwondo Associ@tion). Eriks should be a riot tomorrow and I'll post the video of his competing. He'll get trophies no matter how well he does. Lane on the other hand will have to work hard to place. Good news is that his instructors say he's way above the bar for someone at his belt level and he'll be competing against people in his age bracket (40-49). Keeping my fingers crossed that he wins.

• It's freaking hot here and I'd love for it to rain for a whole week. OK, maybe not that long but I'd be happy with 2-3 days of straight rain.
  

• As much as I love my child, he's driving me up the wall and I am so looking forward to the week that he's spending with my parents in August after camp is over. Lane and I will have an entire week to ourselves. I'm sure I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. August can't come soon enough.

• Still waiting to hear from the AF where we're moving to. It's driving me completely nuts. I want to know NOW!!! Patience has never been my forte. I'm one of the most impatient people in the world. It's one of my weaknesses.
  

• In about 6 weeks I will have to put my house up for sale. AAAAAHHHH! We're going to try and sell it by owner for 3-4 weeks first and then if it doesn't sell then we'll contact a realtor. We just don't want to have to deal with them because I don't want to pay commission. Yeah, I'm cheap but if we pay commission then we'll end up losing money on our house. I'd be happy to break even.
