1 Down and 1 To Go

One Christmas party down and 1 to go on Saturday. The Christmas party on Saturday was OK. There were a lot of people there that I didn't know. Lane isn't officially in this squadron anymore but he still works for them. The food was really good and so were the desserts. We didn't walk away with any door prizes as usual. We have no luck whatsoever. Maybe next weekend we'll have more luck since Lane's current squadron is very small. Granted the door prizes at the party on Saturday weren't that good so we weren't missing out on anything. Hopefully there will be better prizes at the next party :)

Unfortunately there isn't much to say. It's just a crazy time of year. I can't believe Eriks will be 4 years old 2 weeks from today. We've got a birthday party planned for him the day before for all his friends. Luckily I've got all that stuff out of the way except for ordering his cake and buying paper plates and cups. I'll be out and about tomorrow having my new XM receiver put in the car. I had one in the SUV Lane inherited and I miss it so much!!! I've only had XM for about 9 yrs.

Well, it's time to put someone to bed and then get to schoolwork. Hope all of you are doing well. I've been trying to read everyone's blog when I get a chance.
