Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Happy Valentine's Day bloggy buds! I've been MIA for a few days because I finally got an exam out of the way on Tuesday. Now I'm studying for #2, yippie! Hopefully it won't be too bad as the first exam was all essay and this next exam is matching, true & false, multiple choice and 1 essay. Should be easier.

We didn't do anything special tonight because well to be honest, we don't want to fight the crowds at the restaurants and upwards of 2 hr waits. No thanks! We had dinner here and when Eriks is in bed we will probably plop on the couch with a glass of wine and watch a Net*flix movie. So we're fuddy-duddies.

I got some beautiful Oriental Lillies (my favorite flower - well, I love tulips too) that are just starting to open and they are making my house smell like Spring. I also got a new Nin*tendo DS game - Big Brain Academy. I have lately been addicted to my DS and I've been playing Sudoku religiously. I know, it's a sickness. I can't stand playing Sudoku on paper but on our handheld gaming systems is so much easier. We got Eriks Ala*ddin II & III on DVD. He's happy. And Lane got a nice gift card to Star*bucks. We are coffee addicts so we always appreciate gift cards to the above. Eriks got a huge box from my parents. We got a few things in the box too but man this kid made a HAUL! He got 2 pairs of pajamas (because he desperately needs them), lots of socks, Air Buddies DVD & Land Before Time DVD, a book and tons of candy! My parents were so kind to include a gift card to Chili*s and a heart shaped box of Reece's Peanut Butter Cup - the miniature kind. We have to wait until Easter to eat them though. It's so hard because I so want chocolate. To my mom and dad who I know read my blog and I will still thank on the phone later this evening - PALDIES!!!!! (Thank you in Latvian)
