In Memory of Copper

Fellow blogger & adoptive mommy, Colleen lost her beloved dog, Copper to cancer a few days ago. She is getting ready to leave for China to get Hannah and bring her home. Colleen is extremely heartbroken over the loss of Copper and since yesterday I have been sharing her pain. As a fellow momma to 2 Labrador Retrievers I look at my 2 babies after reading Colleen's blog and cry because I know my oldest baby, Syd who is 10 will probably leave us in the next 2-3 years and I will be heartbroken like Colleen.

I know nothing will fill the void for Colleen of Copper not being in her life anymore. But I hope she does find peace soon and knows that Copper will be watching over her as she makes her way to China.

Colleen, Copper will always be by your side even if he's not physically there. He will always be in your heart and in your memories and that's something no one can ever take away.
