Where do I begin?
Life is going to change sooner than I thought. Like sometime late this summer. Lots of paperwork to do. A nursery to get ready. Passports updated. It's still so surreal.
So are you jumping up and down screaming yet??
Can't give much info other than we received a SN referral on Thursday for a little girl with CL/CP (cleft lip/cleft palate). Obviously can't post a photo yet. She is just shy of 14 months old and is in the Hunan Province. So a spicy/sassy girl for us it is.
Eriks can't stop talking about his sister. He thinks she's coming home in the next few weeks. Five-year-olds have no sense of time. But we figure the time will pass quickly with all the stuff we have to accomplish between now and then.
Now I'm just looking for some bloggy friends to get their referrals. Hopefully this upcoming week. They'll be traveling before we do but it'll be nice that we'll all have our girls home about the same time.

Oh honey, Sofia, John and I are so excited for you guys!!!! That is wonderful and so amazing. Can you show a pic soon or email one to me? YAY, YAY, YAY! You know if you have any questions about cl/cp you can email me since we have been there, done that. I am SO very happy for you sweetie. YAY! You are now a mama to a son and a daughter! 2! I can't wait to hear more. My ex-coworker/neighbor adopted a little spicy girl from Hunan and she is adorable. They were the ones who made us decide to adopt. CONGRATS!
